Brookfield appoints iCreate Solutions to target potential purchases of Bluewater

Brookfield Residential Properties has appointed Brisbane-based iCreate Solutions to manage the digital marketing for its new Bluewater Estate in Cairns.

ICreate will target empty-nesters and families through an advertising campaign using print, radio, tv, social, outdoor and online channels.

The campaign – 20,000 reasons – will run throughout the year and include promotions and social media activity to target potential buyers.

“With more than 15 years experience working in the property development industry, we understand how consumers search for and assess property and have combined this knowledge with our skills in the digital space,” says iCreate Solutions director Sonia Keen.

“Being awarded this prestigious contract demonstrates Brookfield’s confidence in us to provide innovative and creative solutions that really speak to digitally-savvy buyers,” says Keen.

Brookfield’s 155-hectare master-planned community Bluewater Estate is located in Cairns’ Trinity Parkland and features rainforest, parkland and waterfront sites.

At the heart of the estate is the $4.5 million 108-berth marina, featuring a combination of 10-, 12-, 15- and 18-metre berths.

On completion, Bluewater will feature 900 homes.

The newest release Cascade was launched last week and comprises of 30 lots - 18 are already under contract.

The remaining lots in Cascade range from 473 square metres to 840 square metres and start from $161,000.
