Minyama tops Sunshine Coast's best performers list

The Sunshine Coast’s Minyama has recorded the strongest median house price growth in the region for the past quarter, with a 22% change, according to REIQ.

Minyama’s median value is $864,866, the second highest value in the region, slotting in behind Wootha at $882,534.

Wootha experienced a 6% growth over the quarter.

A three-bedroom home in Minyama sold under the hammer in June for $790,000.

The mortgagee sale offered the potential to be renovated or rebuilt.

Situated on 740 square metres, the property last traded in 2006 for $895,000

Noosaville is the second best performing suburb on the Sunshine Coast, experiencing a 13% growth over the quarter to a median value of $692,395.

Noosaville was also the busiest suburb, with a total of 171 properties sold over the quarter.
