Capital city dwelling values rose a further 1.6% in July taking the cumulative recovery in residential home values to 6.5% since the market bottomed out in May last year.

RP Data and Rismark International released its July housing market results which shows that capital city dwelling values increased by 1.6% over the month of July after posting a solid 1.9% capital gain in June. These latest monthly results now takes the cumulative recovery to 6.5% since dwelling values found their trough at the end of May last year.
