Ellen DeGeneres and Portia De Rossi re-list horse ranch for $10.995 million
Geelong girl Portia De Rossi and her wife Ellen DeGeneres are on the property radar again, this time relisting their Thousand Oaks horse ranch.
Located in the Hidden Valley area of Thousand Oaks, the 10.5-hectare horse ranch is listed for $10.995 million.
The property features eight bedrooms and ten bathrooms.
The couple bought the ranch in 2008 for $8.5 million and has since given it a full makeover.
They listed it two years later for $16.5 million and then dropped the price to $14.9 million.
The property features eight farmhouse-style cabins, two barns, stables, a tennis court and a yoga pavilion.
The couple never drops off the property spectrum for long, having bought an estate in Montecito California in June for a reported $26.5 million.
The 980-square-metre Saladino Villa boasts six bedrooms, a gourmet country kitchen with a beamed ceiling and a library/media room.
The home sits on 5.2 hectares and features an ocean-view swimming pool, 18th century Spanish entry gates and a 2,000-year-old roman column.
Saladino Villa was originally listed for $24.5 million in 2010 but the price was dropped in January 2012 to $22 million, according to Zillow.
DeGeneres owns several other properties in Los Angeles, including Beverly Hills.
The equestrian ranch is listed with Suzanne Perkins and Patrick Martin of Sotheby’s International Realty.
