Trixie and Johnno’s The Block Sky High penthouse has been listed on the market with the listing agents offering a $1.3 million plus price guide.

The Park Street South Melbourne apartment will go to 3pm July 27 auction.

Trixie and Johnno were known on the show for their detailed finishes and heightened the door frames to maximise the feeling of spaciousness.

The apartment also boasts 360-degree views of Melbourne and includes a semi outdoor terrace.

The Block Sky High contestants were each given an $80,000 budget to renovate an entire floor of a derelict hotel and turn it into luxury apartments.

Teams were able to secure more funds through weekly challenges and room wins.

The apartments are being sold with all furniture and accessories.
