The Chenchow Little-designed, Freshwater House is on the market for the first time with a price guide of over $4.75 million.

Built in 2008, Sydney's Freshwater House won the coveted Robyn Boyd award – Australia’s peak architectural award for residential – in 2009.

The property features four bedrooms and three bathrooms over three levels, with the upper level dark-bronze panels retracting at the push of a button.

The entertainer’s kitchen includes three ovens and three sides of the house feature large sliding glass doors.

The property also boasts an elevated swimming pool with a waterfall and garden.

Located on Undercliff Road, Freshwater House is only metres from Freshwater Beach and offers ocean views.

“The market in Freshwater has been very strong of late with more buyer interest than we have seen before the global financial crisis,” says listing agent Michael Clarke of Clarke and Humel Property.

“Interest in this particular property has come from all over Sydney and Australia, with several overseas buyers also showing interest,” says Clarke.

Freshwater House will go under the hammer on June 22.

The median house price in Freshwater is $1,242,500 according to RP Data.

The Undercliff Road residence had been listed earlier this year with price hopes of more than $7 million.
