The original asking price was $950,000 plus before the expectations were  revised.

The vendors purchased the former little weekender cottage 30 years ago before renovating it.

The property was sold by Michael Bennett of Bennett Property New South Wales.

The median house price in North Richmond is $445,000, a price growth of 14.1%, according to RP Data.
