The home was marketed by Daniel Baran & Reece Coleman from Stone Double Bay.
The property was marketed with a $3.8 million price guide.
The home was offered by the Merlini family following the passing last month of Estela Merlini, wife of the late Michael Merlini, former Pan Am & United Airlines general manager for Australia.
The home is one of five near identical “terraces” built in Weldon Lane in the mid-1980s on the site of old Eyles Woollahra Swimming Pool, where the former Olympic Coach and Bondi legend, Sep Prosser, was notorious for pushing his students into the water to learn to swim.
