A grain shed in the rural village of Corobimilla in the NSW Riverina region has been listed for sale at $180,000 and may appeal to rural investors or farmers looking for additional storage space.

The grain shed has a 2,500-tonne capacity and stands at 67 Newell Highway, 20 kilometres from Narrandera and 10 kilometres from Morundah.

Corobimilla is in the central east part of the Riverina close to the NSW/Victoria border, with the name derived from the aboriginal word meaning "tree struck by lightning".

The grain shed listing is through by Jeremy Bell of Rodwells & Co Laverton.

Corobimilla lies within the state suburb of Gillenbah, which had a population of 405 on census night 2011.
