The Toorak home of Dr Warwick Wright & Anne McGravie-Wright, director of the established Avec Pleasure Art Consultancy and Tours, is for sale.

The couple have lived in the home for 10 years. They describe it as an 'entertainers delight'.

They've renovated the 1940s home on Evans Court during their ownership. It has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a temperature controlled wine cellar.

There's a swimming pool and self-contained cottage on the 900 sqm parcel.

Abercrombys Real Estate agents Jock Langley and Hugh Hardy have set a December 2 private auction.

The Wrights, who paid $2,825,000 in 2006, are wanting to move closer to the city.
