The number of suburbs out 601 tipped as hotspots by Smart Investor magazine that are expected to show strong capital growth in 2012. Out of the 601 suburbs, only 19 are expected to show price appreciation of more than 5%, with eight each in NSW and Western Australia and three in Queensland. Hotspots in the other states are set for growth of 4% or above.
