Helen Hunt lists New York apartment

Oscar-winning actress Helen Hunt has listed her Upper West Side New York apartment for US$2.75 million.

The 186-square-metre apartment includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms and large entertaining and living spaces. According to the Wall Street Journal, Hunt purchased the property in 2006 for US$2.4 million.

The 1915 co-op includes 35 apartments and has a full-time concierge and porter. 

Hunt's apartment is listed through Corcoran agent Jon Capobianco.
