David Schwimmer the latest Friends star on the move

Actor David Schwimmer has joined at his Friends co-stars on the real estate merry-go-round, listing his nine-bedroom, six-bathroom Los Angeles home for US$10.7 million.

He bought the property in May 2001 for US$5.6 million, according to the Realestalker blog. It includes a separate three-bedroom guest house, screening room, library and the obligatory pool. 

It is being marketed by Westside Estate Agency agent Magali Bergher.

Schwimmer is the third Friends cast member to buy or list property in recent months, with Matthew Perry listing two Hollywood homes and Courtney Cox buying a Beverly Hills condo. We have also heard whispers that Jennifer Anniston is on the verge of buying a condo in New York, but they are as yet unconfirmed. We will keep a sharp eye out for Matt LeBlanc and Lisa Kudrow's real estate comings and goings.
