Landream offers $1.35 million apartments in Malvern East project, Hurstmon

Luxury three-bedroom apartments are being offered by Hurstmon in Melbourne’s Malvern East with prices starting at $1.375 million.

The residences, located at 3 Hurstmon Street, are offered by Melbourne-based property developers Landream.

Telha Clarke Architecture and Design and Eckersley Garden Architecture collaborated on the project’s design.

Hurstmon represents the “best of lifestyle, contemporary architecture, earthy tones, premium materials and respect for the area’s deep history”, the development’s marketing writes.

Set in the prime location of Malvern East, the development is one of 69 in Malvern East.

The apartment’s offerings include walnut timber joinery, pale timber floorboards and established gardens.
