$6 million sale of a luxury waterfront Eraring estate on Lake Macquarie

Eraring's 7 Foreshore Street has been sold for $6 million McGrath Toukley agent Chris Smith.
The luxury home features six bedrooms, six bathrooms and a 14-car garage.
Mandalay sits on 6.75 acres on the peninsula.
There were six registered bidders, mainly out of Sydney, with a Sydney businessman securing the property for use as a weekender with 481 metres of waterfront reserve boundary.
It is 30 minutes via helicopter to Sydney airport.
