A four-bedroom, three-bathroom coastal home in Bronte sold for $5.85 million through Snowden Jones estate agents Louise Snowden and Rick Daniel on June 30, 2020.

A similar four-bedroom, two-bathroom home on Dickson Street sold for $3.45 million on July 2, 2020 and another four-bedroom, two-bathroom home on Tipper Avenue sold for $4.9 million on March 16, 2020, according to Realestate.com.au.
