Coastal price collapse forecast for GWS star Josh Kelly in Coogee

GWS star midfielder Josh Kelly has listed his three-bedroom Coogee house.
It was bought for $3.45 million in early April with its settlement occurring earlier this month.
The Division Street home returned it to the market last week with a $3.2 million guide.
The two-storey house's marketing in early April saw a guide of $3.25 million.
The ANZ price predictor website REALAS recently suggested its value at around $3.405 million.
Its listing agent Alexander Phillips, of Phillips Pantzer Donnelley, advised Nine Entertainment he “doesn’t need to sell, but has just had a change of circumstances”.
“If it doesn’t sell, he’ll rent it,” he said.
The three-bedroom house on 530 square metres goes to on July 25 auction.
The agency predicted a collapse was emerging in Clovelly.
