The 49 Dwyer Street home was built by its vendors in 1971. 

The floorplan offers a 330sqm of internal living spreading over two levels.

It was listed by Matt Sebbens and Michael Braddon of Blackshaw Belconnen who scheduled online auction for the property on May 7 and May 8. 

According to internal Allhomes data, the property was the highest viewed listing* for the month of April, clocking up 12,876 views.
