Grand Southern Highlands estate listed by the Williams family
Neringah, a 875 ha rural property in New South Wale's rural village Boorowa has hit the market for the first time in 20 years.
The property has been scheduled to go under the hammer through Ray White agent Chris Malone.
Malcolm and Raylee Williams bought three properties in the New South Wales Southern Slopes in 2000 and merged the land to create the 875 ha property.
The colonial Georgian homestead was constructed by the Williams with established gardens.
The name Neringah echoes Mr Williams’ idyllic vision for his property and means a place of peace.
Infrastructure improvements of the property include extensive laneways for trafficking stock, shearing shed, dam and rainwater tanks.
The property is located about 45 minutes from Cowra and Young and less than four hours from Sydney.
"Neringah has only been on the market for two weeks but already the level of enquiry has been strong," Malone said.
The auction will be held online on June 12.
