Comedian Dave Hughes is seeking for a tenant for his fully-furnished Elsternwick house with an asking price of $2000 per week.
The comedian bought the $3 million Regent Street home on The Block in 2017, and this isn't the first time he has tried to lease the home.
He was previously successful.
The five bedroom home comes with open plan and dining area, gourmet kitchen, home office and self-contained studio.
The home's other highlights include freestanding fireplace, pool and and three-car garage.
Caishlin Simpson and Nicholas Horswood of Belle Property St Kilda have the listing.
Hughes bought the property for $3.067 million — $447,000 above the reserve set by Channel 9 from Barker and Knowles.
At the time, he struggled to find finances to buy the home.
