Mooney won Best Entertainment Presenter at the Australian Commercial Radio Awards last year. 

The Elsternwick property is for private sale through Marshall White agent Damian O’Sullivan. 

Before its purchase wife Lou Mooney and daughters Lily and Maggie had been renting.

The couple paid $2.5 million.

They are now back renting at Bronte in Sydney.
