Actress Olympia Valance has listed her one-bedroom Southbank apartment for sale.

It comes with price guidance between $500,000 and $550,000 through Marshall White agent Bradley Steinbach.

The 7/114 Dodds Street, Southbank Gardens apartment was bought in 2018 for $480,000, and subsequently renovated. 

There's now a modern kitchen with black tapware and an updated bathroom.

The open plan living kitchen and dining space opens to a courtyard.

Vallance recently bought a cottage in regional Victoria with her partner, the AFL star Tom Bellchambers.
