Actor Sam Neill lists his long time Double Bay home
Kiwi actor Sam Neill has listed his long-held charming Double Bay house for April 15 online auction.
There's $3.5 million to $4 million hopes with its online marketing advising “vendor wants fast sale.”
The Federation bungalow was bought in 1996 for $839,000, a couple of years after he starred in the first of the Jurassic Park movies.
The sale follows Neill’s split with Noriko Watanabe a few years ago.
Since 1993 Neill has had Two Paddocks, a winery just outside of Queenstown in the Central Otago region.
Nearly two decades ago he started planting two hectares of pinot noir on a small vineyard in Gibbston.
Neill had been filming the third Jurassic World movie, Jurassic Dominion, which will see a return of his iconic character, Dr Alan Grant.
It was set to be released in 2021, but the halting of production may potentially push the release.
