The Double Bay home of OVATO publishing chief operating officer James Hannan and his wife Laura has been sold for around $4.4 million.
The four-bedroom residence with off-street parking at 18 Epping Road had been scheduled for a March 31 auction.

Some 130 potential buyers inspect the home across its three Saturday open for inspections.

Median property prices over the last year range from $4,100,000 for houses.
Based on five years of sales, Double Bay has seen a compound growth rate of 9.5 percent for houses.
