The five-bedroom, five-bathroom home can be viewed by appointment, with expressions of interest closing on March, 30. 

The master ensuite is located on the top floor with a study, private terrace, and walk-in robe. Meanwhile, all the other bedrooms have either walk-in or built-ins.

There were five five-bedroom houses recently sold in Forresters Beach, according to Realestate.com.au. 

Last month, a similar five-bedroom, three-bathroom house located behind the reserve at Yumbool Close sold for $950,000.
