The Avona Avenue home sold through Stone estate agents Giorgio Koula and Daniele Onofaro for $3,250,000.

The property was last sold in 2017 for $3.2 million, according to Realestate.com.au. 

A similar four-bedroom, three-bathroom property on Wigram Road in the area recently sold for $2,650,000 last month.
