Australian actress Asher Keddie and artist husband list in Elwood

Australian actress Asher Keddie and her artist husband Vincent Fantauzzo have listed their Elwood home.

The home of the former Offspring star is set for auction later in March.

It comes with a $2.4 million - $2.6 million price guide.

Caitlin Payne-Clarke, Matthew Pillios and Kaine Lanyon of Marshall White are marketing the four bedroom, two bathroom home at 57 Milton Street.

The couple purchased the home in 2015 for $2.061 million.

Marshall White Bayside partner Matthew Pillios said, "the Edwardian-style home, including the kitchen, has been meticulously renovated with one of the four bedrooms converted to an art studio where Fantauzzo, an Archibald prize winning artist, paints."

Pillios adds that the couple planned to be based in Melbourne.

Not too long ago, in 2017, they offloaded their 40-acre Ravenswood country retreat on Romsey Road for $2.1 million.

Asher Keddie is now starring in a new ABC and Netflix series Stateless.
