An architecturally designed house in Alphington, Victoria was auctioned for $3,195,000. 

The 47 Lucerne Crescent property went to auction with a $2.8 million - $3 million price guide.

It was sold through Jellis Craig estate agents, Paula Beavis and Sam Rigopoulos on February 22. 

The 804 sqm property showcases multiple living zones and accommodation, a lounge room with a HeatnGlo gas fireplace, a kitchen fitted with Miele appliances and a walk-in pantry. 

The four bedroom, three bathroom home features an easy-access bathroom on the second floor, two powder rooms, an office/ study room, bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, and the master ensuite bedroom featuring a walk-in wardrobe and private balcony.
