The dealer principal of City Ford Sydney — the No.1 Ford dealership in NSW — secured a strong weekend auction result.

Mark Janus and wife Linda secured $3.61 million when their Riverview family home of 12 years sold through Simon Harrison at Belle Property Lane Cove.

The property had a $3.4 million price guide.

“We moved there because our boys went to Riverview (Saint Ignatius’ College Riverview),” he said.

The school also allows adjoining neighbours to use the outdoor facilities like tennis courts.

The couple have three children, Dylan, Max and Claudia.

“I just love it, but it’s time for a change — we want to go and live on the water,” Janus said.

Belle Property secured a street record.

During the marketing around 60 groups went through, with it sold to a young family from Neutral Bay.

The five-bedroom, three-bathroom home, renovated in 2017, features a media room and skylit Bosch kitchen.
