Surry Hills small house designed by Domenic Alvaro listed

The Small House in Surry Hills, designed by architect Domenic Alvaro, has returned to the market with $2.6 million hopes.
The five-level home, with 200 square metre floor space, won the World Architecture Festival’s World House of the Year in 2011.
The Belmore Lane Grand Designs Australia-featured home was first sold for $1.88 million in 2014 by Alvaro to Jason Madz, who sought $2500-a-week tenants.
Constructed from precast concrete panels, there are city skyline views.
It has been listed by Gavin Rubinstein and James Peach at Ray White.
The house features an Italian marble kitchen bench space and European appliances.
One of its bathrooms finds space for a stand-alone bathtub.
