Luxury Golden Crust bakery conversion in Armadale for sale
The former Golden Crust bakery in Armadale has been listed by the Village Roadshow boss Clark Kirby and his wife, Sara.
It comes with a guide of $17.3 million to $19 million.
The 1915 built property was converted into a luxury five bedroom home in 2010 built home by architects Jackson Clements Burrows by the logistics company entrepreneur Mark Rowsthorn.
Rowsthorn had paid $4.5 million in 2006 for the property when it was bought from antique dealers who has used the premises as their home and gallery.
It still bears the original bakery signage on its brick exterior.
A wet edge swimming pool and spa sit in the 1,850 square metre landscaped grounds.
