Jason Donovan secures Bondi apartment sale
Signer Jason Donovan has secured the sale of his Bondi Beach bolthole.
Hannan Bouskila at Raine & Horne sold it to an investor after advising a $2,295,000 asking price.
Donovan had $1700 per week tenants.
The star spent $451,000 to buy the three-bedroom Campbell Parade apartment in 1994.
Realestate.com.au puts the suburb’s median apartment price at $1,075,000, from the 116 sales over the past year.
The prior five-year average was 229 sales annually, highlighting the continued vendor hesitancy.
The sale proceeds will now fund a holiday home in Mallorca, Spain for Donovan.
He is the father of Zac, Jemma and Molly.
The Sun recently put the value of his Kensington, West London, home at £5.5 million (A$10 million).
