Downside Up House in Albert Park listed
A triangular-themed home in Albert Park, dubbed the "Downside Up House", is now up for sale.
The Victorian, transformed by director of architecture studio WALA Weian Lim, won the people's choice award at the 2018 Architeam Awards.
It is owned by Alec Griffin of Daylan Developments.
The Agency's Brendan Coburn and Michael Paproth are now asking $2.15 million, after quoting between $2 million and $2.2 million for its recent auction.
Set on a tight triangular 130 square metres site, the home has three bedrooms and a top floor living that features a balcony.
Griffin paid $1.3 million in 2016.
