Emma Chisett, the 1860 Edgecliff weatherboard terrace, has been listed for November 12 auction.

It has a $1.85 million price guide.

The two-bedroom Cameron Street has been listed by Bradfield Cleary by John Cowpe, chief of the Multihull Group.

It last traded for $925,000 in 2011.

It was once a corner shop.

Legend has it that the house name is a strine variant of the request 'how much is it?'.

The wedge-shaped house is on the corner of Cameron and Great Thorne Street.
