Choice Homes launch new estate Madison Park in Logan region

Madison Park is the latest house and land release in Park Ridge, the masterplanned community in Logan, in the booming South East Queensland growth corridor.

Local award-winning home builder Choice Homes are offering packages starting from $419,400, with 36 of the 60 lots already snapped up.

The success comes off the back of the nearby Nevada Estate, also located in Park Ridge, which is nearing its stage one sell out.

Madison Park is pitched to growing families, with employment, education, shopping and medical facilities around the corner in the upgraded Park Ride town centre.

There's plenty of green spaces, with tree-lined streets and front lawns meeting pathways.

Lot sizes in Madison Park range anywhere from 350 square metres to over 1,000 square metres. 

Madison Park is a central piece in a 25-year development plan to create an urban hotspot in the Logan area.

As the area grows, up to 13,000 new jobs are expected to be created in the immediate area. It is located 30 minutes from Brisbane.
