Former Showtime Australia boss Peter Rose and his wife Christine have listed their historic cattle farms Bannaby Station and Cross Station in Taralgal, NSW. 

Bannaby and Cross Station are scheduled go under the hammer on November 8 with $3.5 million plus hopes.

Rose, a global digital media consultant, bought the Cross Station in 2006 and Bannaby Station in 2017. 

Set on a 772 hectares, the 1840s-settled Cross Station comes with 27 paddocks.

There are 18 dams, three creeks, 300,000 litres of water storage. 

Its other features include over 20 kilometres of new fencing, historic six stand woodshed and shearers quarters.

The 770-hectare Bannaby Statio is situated 20 kilometres to Taralga, 35 kilometres to Marulan and 62 kilometres to Goulburn.

The properties are being offered through David Medina at Sotheby’s International.
