Motorcycle tycoon Warren Fraser lists at Palm Beach

Motorcycle tycoon Warren Fraser and wife Catherine are offloading the Palm Beach weekender they bought just three years ago.

The Frasers paid $4.5 million for the hillside Ralston Road home, which had previously gone backwards in price from its $4.65 million sale in 2006.

LJ Hooker Palm Beach agent Peter Robinson has a $5.2 million guide for the couple, who are based in The Residence overlooking Hyde Park.

They don’t get to Palm Beach that much, hence the listing.

The three-level home on 845 square metre has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The lower level is completely self-contained.
