Shop-fitting figure Scott Headland lists Hedges Avenue, Mermaid Beach property

Queensland shop-fitting industry figure Scott Headland is selling his Mermaid Beach property.

He has $9,995,000 hopes for the 690 square metre beachfront mansion on the millionaire's row Hedges Avenue.

Headland paid $6 million in 2002 from developer Russell Leary.

Set on 770 square metres with 19 metre frontage to the beach, the 1990s built two storey home, split in to separate wings, has six bedrooms, two living spaces, a home office, gym and sauna.

There's alfresco spaces on both levels and an 18 metre lap pool.
