The European history of Paradise Point began in the late 1800s when Peter Clow owned the land, using a part of it for cattle grazing and a small sawmill.

With only three owners in its history, Paradise Point was sold to the current owner in 1977.

Paradise Point is about 10 minutes from Narooma with supermarkets, restaurants and Golf Club, 40 minutes from Moruya Airport and one hour from Batemans Bay.

It has been scheduled to go under the hammer on October 29.
