McKenzie Cottage, a two bedroom cottage built than a century ago in the heart of Dayboro, Queensland has hit the market.

It has been listed by Leigh Hutton of Belle Property Samford with over $499,000 hopes.

Situated on a 0.4 hectare elevated block, the original settler's cottage at 49 McKenzie Street comprises two bedrooms plus a front sleepout, open lounge/dining, kitchen and updated bath.

The property can support livestock, which is rare for land this close to the township, Hutton said.
