The contemporary Woollahra terrace of Lisa and Trent Peterson, head of private equity group Catalyst, has sold for about $8.7 million pre-auction.

The four-bedroom terrace with a home gym and swimming pool hit the market through The Agency’s Ben Collier, having last sold at $6 million in 2015, down from $6.5 million in 2011.

It is one of six terraces built in 2001 on the site of the former Holdsworth Gallery, and was first owned by former Reserve Bank assistant governor Geoffrey Hodgkinson and his wife Tina, who had paid $3.4 million.
