South Yarra sub-penthouse listed by heart surgeon Ian Meredith

Professor Ian Meredith, one of Australia's leading heart surgeons, and wife Joanne, have listed their luxury South Yarra sub-penthouse investment.

They're asking $3.5 million to $3.75 million for their offering at Eight Murphy, designed by Sue Carr and completed in 2016.

The Meredith's amalgamated two apartments after buying them off the plan in 2014.

They created a three bedroom, two bathroom unit which has two balconies with tree top vistas. 

Kay & Burton Armadale agents Michael Armstrong and Julia de Campo have the listing which has been a $2,000 a week rental.

Meredith is the global chief medical officer and executive vice president at Boston Scientific.

He was previously a professor and director of Monash Heart and Monash Health.
