Chinese owned Union Agriculture's Mount Falcon Station in south-east NSW has hit the market.

It has been listed by Angus Macleod from Colliers International with $13.5 million to $15 million hopes. 

It was once owned by internet entrepreneur Sean Howard.

Situated in the Upper Murray region, the cattle property at Tooma, NSW comprises 2800 hectares of productive country near the Snowy Mountains.

It features high rainfall of 750mm per annum, fencing, infrastructure and manager's residence. 

Mount Falcon is currently run as a commercial beef operation with an approximate carrying capacity of 20,000 to 23,000 dry sheep equivalents.

The farm breeds F1 wagyu and the herd will be offered for sale to the potential buyer separately.

It has been owned by the Chinese investment group since 2011.
