TV director of content Jennifer Collins sells North Bondi apartment

Fremantle director of content Jennifer Collins, considered one of the most influential people in TV, has sold her rental apartment on Ben Buckler at North Bondi at an undisclosed price.
It was listed with a $1.5 million guide through Raine and Horne Double Bay agent Ric Serrao.
The two-bedroom unit, set on the clifftop on Brighton Boulevard, had been bought for $700,000 in 2013.
Its stainless steel kitchen has bi-fold doors that open directly out onto the common balcony in the boutique block.
