McGrath Surfers Paradise welcomes Nicole Carter

Real-estate agent Nicole Carter will join the McGrath Surfers Paradise team.
She joins from RE/MAX in Robina.
With 13 years in the industry Carter has consistently ranking in the Top 30 of RE/MAX agents.
She was recently an inductee into their International Hall of Fame.
“Nicole has successfully immersed herself in her local area where she is an incredibly active resident but also is highly regarded in the wider community” said McGrath's state manager Justin Marsden.
“I am thrilled to welcome Nicole to spearhead our team.”
She recently sold 8 Horizon Place, Reedy Creek for $1,050,000; 6 Parkes Court for $855,000 in one day; and 14 Culgoora Crescent for $845,000.
Her prior prices sales included $1.66 million for 28 Culgoora Crescent, Reedy Creek.
