The Winter's secured the home in 2017.

It was always going to be a renovation project for the couple, who paid $1.9 million for the Tuscan-inspired home.

There's no confirmation, but previous listings suggests the home was renovated by the Selling Houses Australia duo of interior designer Shayna Blaze and landscape gardener Charlie Albone, just away from the TV screens.

Previous marketing has stated the home was subject to a renovation under the supervision of an architect, interior designer and landscape designers.

The property was transformed from a dated holiday home to an all-white villa with a terracotta roof.

It is now a five bedroom contemporary home.

Each of the five bedrooms, one occupying the self-contained pool house, open to the resort-style swimming pool, surrounding by tropical palms.

The Winter's have are trading in Sanctuary Cove for Mermaid Beach where they've spent $1,525,000 on a single storey, three bedroom home.
