A 1920s designer style building located in the heart of Bendigo, Victoria has hit the market with $2.4 million to $2.6 million hopes.

It has been offered by Amy Sim from McKean and McGregor Real Estate.

Once the tallest building in Bendigo, the building at 31 View Street was built in 1925 and was originally the offices of T&G Mutual Life Assurance.

With approval for both commercial and residential titles, it offers panoramic views and heritage features in a mixed zone package.
