Black Diamondz Tim Le to lead Raine & Horne new Hunters Hill office

Raine & Horne have branched out, opening an office in the leafy suburb of Hunters Hill.

They've poached Black Diamondz agent Tim Le to head up the office which will also service the surrounding areas north of the bridge including Gladesville, Putney, Henley and Huntleys Point.

The office will also touch on some inner west areas such as Drummoyne and Abbotsford.

Le, who was raised in Balmain, secured the highest sales in Gladesville and Abbotsford in 2017.

He had been at Black Diamondz since December 2015.

“Hunters Hill is one of Sydney’s best-known prestige markets, but more importantly, I’m thrilled that we are attracting young and committed real estate talent such as Tim to our brand.”

Le's wife Jessica will lead the Gladesville/Hunters Hill firm’s property management team.

Tim says that since the Federal Election, there are 25% more buyer enquiries for properties in the Gladesville, Hunters Hill and other inner west markets.

“There are more genuine buyers at open homes, making offers and transacting now we have more political certainty,” Le noted.

“There is more confidence about where the market is heading, and we are seeing more people bidding at auctions.”

Le has been a prestige market and waterfront property specialist over the past few years, however in his new role he will also be selling entry-level apartments in Gladesville.

“I am passionate about helping younger families get into a first home. Joining Raine & Horne allows me to expand into different buyer markets and price points.”

Le's biggest sale was the near $10 million price achieved for golfer Craig Parry's former Abbotsford home.
