The Cremorne harbourfront residence intended by Karl Stefanovic and Cassandra Thorburn as their dream home has reportedly been sold.

Offers were being sought at $9 million plus for the ultra-contemporary three storey residence (above and below).

The property sale was secured Monday night, although remained listed on the agency website Tuesday morning.

The listing agent had declined to give the sale price.

Thorburn posted to her Instagram a picture of her with the agent at its twilight inspection.

The Cremorne property is officially held in the name of Thorburn after their split almost three years ago, but The Sunday Telegraph's Sydney Confidential reported last month the warring couple will split any profit.

The 756 sqm Wonga Road property cost the couple $8 million in 2016 when the couple lived at Lindfield where they pocketed $3.8 million.

The home was marketed as "an exceptional lifestyle opportunity."

The developer Tony Blanche has retained the non-waterfront residence above the Thorburn harbourside listing.
