Dean Parkinson, the founder of the Honeywagons fleet of makeup vans and his wife, Deborah, have sold their Tamarama home.

They secured $4.75 million pre-auction. 

The Kenneth Street home had a $4.25 million guide ahead of its August 3 scheduled auction. 

Set in the Tamarama horseshoe, halfway between Tamarama and Bondi Beach, the designer home features views of the coastline, cliffs, beach and rolling waves.
